Practical example of Eventus.Buzz event
Let us present to you a practical example of organising a hybrid event via Eventus.Buzz.
8th Global Students’ Conference of biomedical sciences in Belgrade will take place on October 21-22nd 2022 at the Faculty of medicine in Belgrade.
The registrations are open so if you are into the subject go check it out at: https://eventus.buzz/event/gsc22
Setting the event up
The organiser had a web presentation of the event ready in a flash! Just by entering some major data about the event into the system. Fill in the forms, publish event and you are online!
Enter you registration form fields labels and you can start sending calls for the participants to register.
What to use?
So, they already have Registration form and About section.
Next, with active participants registering, the organiser will add ePoster section. All of the papers will be organised by categories and available both online and via Kiosk App at the lobby of the venue.
Streaming room is ready and spinning just a announcement splash of the event right now but will stream the programme to all the registered users.
Furthermore, the organiser opted for charging participation fees but not trough the PayPal. So, they are tracking payments trough the third party system and manually activate registered participants so they can access the materials.
Additional gains with Eventus.Buzz
The moment GSC 2022 is published the organiser had registrations for passive participation from the neighbouring countries! Your venue space is limited, your accommodation for the participants is scarce but with hybrid event there are no limits. Your passive participants can access everything online!
So, we conquered the space, what about the time? GSC 2022 will be held in two days period but it is actually up to you how long will your event last after it has been finished. Yes, sounds strange but it works. Since your materials are all online and you can put recordings of the programme into the streaming rooms you can prolong your event for the online only, passive participants! This means extending your event even further and charging more passive participant fees.
